I bought the sundress in classic black. I bought it my regular Miik size - large. I possibly could have sized down, but it will be nice to have a looser fit in hot weather. It hits me just above the knee and I am 5’7” tall. Same soft stretchy Miik material as all my other pieces. Looking forward to wearing it this summer!

This adorable summer dress is so easy to wear. The stretch fabric and drawstring waist make for a perfect and comfortable fit. I’ve tried it with a t-shirt underneath for a little more coverage and it looks great. Just waiting for the weather to warm up! The dress will make a great beach cover-up, as well.

I love it so much more than I thought I would. It’s so versatile; I can see myself wearing it in a variety of ways. Super cute and fun!

To be honest, I thought it was really casual when I first saw the photos, but since I'm working from home, I thought I'd buy it and give it a try. I wore it for the first time to a pre-production meeting (I'm a podcast co-host and all production meetings and tapings are done virtually) and wow, it was definitely better than anything I would normally wear to any kind of meeting! For something like a video conference or even taping, I'd wear this with a blazer (shoes optional these days, since no one's going to see your feet, anyway) and if I were to meet friends on a patio, then I'd bring a cardigan in case it gets chilly in the evenings. This pairs very nicely with sneakers OR sandals.
